Hard to think of tulips when looking out my window at this beautiful snowy day, but here is another segment from the Pledge Radio, recorded last fall.  Although it is too late to plant tulips in the ground, if you have some that you forgot to plant, why not get a large container and plant them in potting soil.  Put it in your garage, or snuggled against your house for the winter (covered with a thick layer of straw), then in the spring put it out on your front porch, add some pansies and/or other hardy spring flowers for a nice spot of color.
